AXIAL-FLOW® COMBINES - A COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

We’ve added new platforms and steps with traction flooring that make access more convenient and climbing safer. You’ll also find new hydraulic disc brakes and peripheral lighting for all corn heads and headers.

The additional shielding we’ve placed throughout the lower half of the combine and in service areas, further limits your exposure to chains, belts and other moving parts.

A full-length right-hand door and window have been added for easy access and communication, and serve an emergency exit.

At Case, we want you to enjoy a safe, profitable harvest.
Non-Skid Surfaces

Non-skid surfaces on all platforms and steps enable you to walk around easier and more safely. For a cleaner working environment, self-cleaning rungs on the ladder help keep you from tracking dirt and dust inside the cab.

Non-Skid Surfaces
Grain Tank Sampling

To obtain grain samples, simply step out on the left-hand deck and open the access panel. There are no ladders or unnecessary exposure to equipment and minimal lost time.

Grain Tank Sampling
Operator Presence System

To help ensure the feeder and separator systems are off when the operator leaves the control center, an Operator Presence System monitors the seat. If the operator leaves the seat for over seven (7) seconds, the system automatically disengages feeder and separator drives.

<P>A major design emphasis was placed on protective shielding on the 2100 Series. The result according to test operators: the shielding works and the combine is still easy to service.

Tethered Header Shielding

Shielding and trim are designed for operator convenience and to help ensure replacement following access or removal. Smaller trim panels and shields are tethered to their position on the machine.

Header Peripheral Lighting

All corn and grain heads, and headers feature peripheral lighting to help others see you during nighttime movement.

Rear Service Deck

A fold-down ladder at the rear of the combine permits convenient access to fuel port and rear service deck. Non-skid material keeps footing sure to engine, rotor drive and grain tank.
