SERVICING HAS NEVER BEEN SO SIMPLE

Routine service and maintenance are essential to keep your combine in top working condition, and prolong its life. At Case, we believe in building user-friendly combines so you won’t have to remove several parts or climb excessively during routine maintenance.

The 2100 Series Axial Flow® combines contain many modifications that make servicing easier than ever before.

One of the most convenient features we’ve added to the 2100 Series is the front-left service panel, which allows you to access grain samples and check hydraulic valves — all without leaving the cab area.

You’ll find easier access to important areas like hydraulics, batteries, filters and the grain tank. The rear service deck gives you a stable and spacious area for fueling and checking fluids.

Battery Access

Battery access is at ground level (left side) for easier serviceability.

Battery Access
Step to Radiator

A step to the radiator access door, located alongside the rear door of the engine, provides easy service.

Front-Left Concave Access

Left-hand access panels permit easy access to concaves and toolbox.

LH Concave Access
Left Service Panel

Access to the left-hand service areas are protected by trim panels and shields. Both offer simple, no-tools access and are held in open position by gas and locking mechanical struts.

Right Service Panel

Access to right-side service points is quick, sure and efficient, thanks to latched shields and panels with gas-assist struts.

Service Step Over Feeder

While the rotor-induced airflow draws header dust into the combine, reducing the amount that can collect on the glass, occasional cleaning is needed even with the Axial-Flow® combine. A new non-skid step hinges down over the header for firm footing.

Right-hand Ladder and Access Panel

A right-hand service deck and ladder permits easy access to forward gearcase dipstick and main cab wiring, and cab air filter.

Step

A step into the left-hand access door allows the operator a good view of the grain tank without leaving the operator area.
