SERVICEABILITY

Hood Open

Routine maintenance is a normal part of owning and operating any kind of equipment. You expect fast and easy servicing and that’s what you get with the 9300 Series tractors.

These tractors have set the industry standard for ease of maintenance for 4-wheel drive tractors.

GRILLE

Swing the front grille out and raise the hood quickly and easily.

Daily maintenance is simple. Grease fittings are grouped together for easy access, and engine and hydraulic oil filters are mounted vertically to reduce spills and are within easy reach.

SERVICE POINTS

You’ll find all service points within easy reach. Likewise, fluid levels are easily checked. Checking the air filter only takes minutes.

  • Battery access on all 9300 Series tractors is quick and easy. The 9330 and 9350 include a positive terminal for quick power access.

  • Engine filters are easy to access. Be sure to change the oil filter every 250 hours or once a year, whichever comes first.

  • Engine oil level is checked by turning the dipstick handle counter-clockwise and removing it. Recommended check interval is every 10 hours or daily.

  • The hydraulic and transmission filters are easy to reach. Both feature separate systems (filters and coolers) for long life. Filter and fluid changes are 1,500 hours or once a year, whichever comes first.

  • The hydraulic dipstick (QUADTRAC® tractor also includes sight gauges) is located on the rear of the hydraulic reservoir to check the hydraulic oil level. Oil changes should be done every 1,500 hours or annually.

  • Check the transmission oil level with a dipstick located on the left-hand side of the tractor.
(QUADTRAC tractor also includes sight gauges.)

  • The fuel-tank fillpoint is easy to access. These 4WD tractors feature big fuel tanks for plenty of work between refills, from 115 gal. (435 L) on the 9330, 200 gal. (757 L) on the 9350, and 270 gal (1022 L) tank on the 9370, 9380 and 9390 tractors. The QUADTRAC® tractor has a 250 gallon (1022 L) tank.

  • The cab filter continuously cleans cab air. Clean it whenever the service monitor indicates and replace it every 1,500 hours or annually.

  • The primary air filter is easy to access. Be sure to replace it on an annual basis. The system also includes a secondary inner filter that serves as a backup in case of damage to the outside filter.

  • U-joints are lubed for life, which means you save time because there is no greasing. These field-proven u-joints are actually more durable than older conventional style u-joints because they keep dirt and abrasive particles out, a major contributor to u-joint failure.
